Our Recent Experience At CIFF Guangzhou

Looking back at the past few weeks, the time we spent at CIFF Guangzhou feels both busy and surprisingly fast. Trade shows always look similar from the outside, but once you're actually there, every day moves differently. This time was no exception.

From the first morning, the pace was already quite intense. We had a few long-term clients who came by early, and it felt more like catching up than a formal meeting. Some of them have been working with us for years, so instead of going straight into product discussions, the conversation naturally started with how their markets have been changing. It was interesting to hear how office chair demand has shifted in different regions, especially with more focus on comfort and flexible usage.

After those first meetings, the booth gradually got busier. A lot of new visitors stopped by, many of them seeing our office chair lineup for the first time. What stood out was that most people didn't just look at the chairs-they wanted to sit, adjust, and really try them. Compared to previous years, buyers seem much more hands-on now.

Among the models we displayed, the Modern Breathable Task Swivel Office Chair received consistent attention throughout the exhibition. Quite a few visitors mentioned they were looking for something that fits both office and home environments without feeling too formal. The breathable design and lighter appearance made it easier for them to imagine placing it in different spaces.

The High Back Manager PU Leather Office Chair attracted a different type of interest. Many buyers from more traditional office markets still prefer PU leather office chairs, but they are now more selective. Instead of focusing only on appearance, they asked about long-term sitting comfort, surface durability, and how the chair performs after extended use. It led to some very practical discussions rather than quick decisions.

One model that surprised us a bit was the 5-Position Locking Foldable Lounge Chair. It started with a few casual inquiries, but as more people tried it, conversations around flexible seating increased. Some visitors mentioned they were looking for office seating that could also support short breaks or informal areas. It wasn't always about replacing an office chair, but about adding more options to a workspace.

Outside of product discussions, the overall atmosphere of the exhibition felt slightly different this year. There was less rush to finalize deals on the spot, but more in-depth conversations about long-term cooperation. Many buyers preferred to sit down, test the chairs carefully, and talk through their requirements in detail. In a way, it made the communication more meaningful.

By the end of the exhibition, we had met both familiar faces and completely new partners. Some discussions moved forward quickly, while others will likely take more time after the show. But overall, the direction felt clear-buyers are more focused, more realistic, and more interested in how an office chair performs in actual use rather than just how it looks.

For our team, this CIFF wasn't just about showing products. It was also about listening, observing, and understanding where the market is heading. That part always stays with us even after the booth is gone.
